Yes. It is a *A Business lounge, so you can use it if you have a C class BP. You would be wise to use the NZ lounge too, instead of the RCC. Much nicer in every way.

Just keep in mind that they will suggest that you should use the RCC, but if you tell them you'd rather use the NZ lounge, it has never been a problem for me.
