The TV show CSI had a fictional episode where a man with meningitis and a high fever became delerious, tried to open the door in flight, and was killed by everyone in first class. I remember on my first flight after 9/11 a man next to me stood up suddenly while we were pushing back and I about jumped out of my seat. He was just trying to get something out of his brief case before we took off, but I was very nervous back then.
