I recently flew on Singapore Air with a "Q" ticket, cheap by Singapore standards and not given miles in their program. Howver, I had thought that United credited all paid economy flights on all Start Alliance partners. They now tell me not so. Are they right? (I am new to Flyer Talk, so if this has been covered, I apologize, though I can't find the information anywhere). Thanks to anyone with an answer. taipeipeter
