Hi All,

Has anyone encountered this problem while changing their seat selection for multiple legs when checking in online :

Purchased seats 13 F for flight #123, and 13 F for #456.

Within the 24 hours, checkin and click to select seats.
13F comes up for both legs but the seat map shows better seats avaiable.
I choose 6F for both legs and print boarding pass.
Printed boarding pass comes out as follows:

Flt 123 Seat 6F
Flt 456 Seat 13F? ...!!!?? This has happened a few times and is a bug in the system. The OLCI application only recognizes one seat change per trip! I try to call and report the bug but, of course, cannot understand who I'm talking to. Can anyone help? Maybe forward to the appropriate person @ US?
Maybe US should test their systems instead of ramming all of the great features of OLCI down our throats!
