LHR to SFO on 29 Nov in CW.
I near the end of the flight I took an egg mayo and cress sandwich from the Raid the Larder box. I bever fot round to eating the sandwich so I took it with me to the hotel to have as a snack.

Well, at the hotel I took one bit from the sandwich and felt something odd. When I looked it was a long black hair running through the sandwich eewwgh (sp?). Thoroughly disgusting and nearly made me sick.

I submitted an online cutomer form but haven't heard anything since.

Not the sort of experience or standard of catering I expected from BA (GG for that matter).
