Some Dells are just fine on the iGo.... it's just the behemoth desktop replacements that aren't. If your stock Dell AC adapter weighs in at over 5 lbs, it likely won't run off the iGo. Which model do you have? Also, I can't recall where so you'll have to do a search but I've heard of problems with Samsung phones and iGo tips. I have a tip for an S307 that didn't hurt the phone but wouldn't charge it either.
