Keep in mind that this is the same company that, until this year, had a stated policy of being "passionately neutral" on the Wright Amendment. What on earth does that mean?!? And then they claim they aren't flip-flopping on the issue because they "have always been passionate about the Wright Amendment" (!!!) (now they are just passionately opposed to it.)
Low fares, yes. Great business model, yes. Directness...not so much.
