FIVE shots in a crowded space with bystanders presumably in the line of fire? That is where the poor training of the FAM's comes into play. I don't care how good they think they are, nobody is an expert shot in a combat situation. FIVE shots was excessive.
Nobody else was hit. If all 5 hit the target then I will have no problem with his having fired 5.
