I agree about their web site. Call them. I have bought twice from them in the past 3 years over the phone. They sweetened the deal both times. I just told the sales person what I wanted and she gave me a url to look at. Painless and fool proof.
BTW, the quality on both machines has been excellent. I did have a small problem with one, but under their standard warranty, a prepaid DHL box was delivered to me next day, and the machine was back to work within 72 hours.
