Oh, by the way, if you want to see how the government handles shootings, look into what happened at Ruby Ridge in 1992. FBI sharpshooter Lon Horiuchi shot through a closed door and killed Vicki Weaver, who was unarmed and holding her 10-month-old baby. Her husband, Randy Weaver, was holed up inside, refusing to come out. He was armed, of course. The shooting was ruled justifiable. Later, the State of Idaho tried to produce a different result in local courts. The Feds took jurisdiction and threw out the case.

This most recent case involving the FAM in Miami is much more cut-and-dried. Nobody will find fault with what he did.
