Too bad they didn't offer me that the last two times I've moved (including my move in October). Although the latest one was in the same area, the other was from a decent distance away.

Did you move to or from the SFO area? I'm curious if the offer was targeted for those moving nearer or away from a UA stronghold/hub to try to disuade you from flying the competitors.
