Is it a FT 981 ?
Instead of a FT 991, it is effectively transferable AND valid for RETURN (FT991 is one-way). I got two of tthem (lucky !) one and a half year ago when I complained after waiting 6hours on CDG du to a technical problem.
Never got or even saw an another one since. None of my colleagues, as long as I know, got one too.
