So, I called the EXP desk yesterday and the 'new' computer system that manages that information was down. Also down today when I called. Could be out until next Monday. So, keep track of your e-vips and if you think you have an early Christmas gift, it probably is not.
Yeah, thanks for posting this. I think there are probably a few folks here that were hoping that their statement was "correct" and didn't know if they should post or contact AA-- fearing the discrepancy would be revealed. But, obviously, AA knows of the mistakes.
