Outbound will not be an issue at all ... Bus to A, moving tram to gate, sit and wait.
Return can be a little more complicated depending on arrival time. A lot more waiting in lines and for baggage, much more walking. I'm sure they will have no problems. I would want a solid 1.5 hours in PHL on the return, though.
