Correct etiquette for de-planing

having been in the military and been "shown" many times how to get on and off the bus in an orderly and speedy fashion, I find people's antics on de-planing most frustrating.

I usually go for a window and therefore remain in my seat until I see a couple of rows in front of me start to move, then I get up and attempt to get out into the aisle.

However, on most occasions, the rude morons from further back seem to have the idea that I would like to be pushed past, not being able to wait the extra 2 secs whilst i get out.

I have been contemplating what to do about this. Seeing as I am now approaching pseudo grumpy old man status, I have considered the following (some are even in beta testing)

1) Sarcastic "Thank you for waiting" to the pusher in
2) F U Arsehole to the same person
3) Shove forcefully in front of said pusher and then deliberately go very slow
4) Have a debate with likely pusher in as to why he/she can't wait

any other ideas ?
