I am suffering from pre-DONEx depression.

It just seems so complicated getting the things issued in a country you don't live in and I'm not quite sure where I want to go yet in October but kind of get the impression I need to nail it down pretty close or I might get hit for fees when it all changes. Big question on all the technicalities coming from me but I'm still reading through previous posts...
