If you get with 50 extra room with own sauna & balcony itīs not too bad. These rooms are quite nice, could be called jr. suites in some properties.
Other hand there is so small superior rooms in Simonkenttä that that I wonder what superior comes from...
So itīs what you want to be guranteed.
Anyway hotel is nice, modern scandinavian style, well located. Itīs the last week before holidays so hotel might be quite full during weekdays.
