The dates that you have chosen are just before the beginning of Summer holiday season in Finland (Juhannus). I am almost sure that there will be plenty of availability later.
Simonketta was built as Scandic and thus (at least this is my understanding) has not as many bigger guest rooms as other Hilton chain hotels.
I would NOT pay 50 euros for an upgrade.
