Tried booking the Continental but they were booked for part of our intended stay.

Did have success booking the SIMONKENTTÄ - this is the reply I got:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reservation. Scandic Simonkenttä is happy to confirm as follows:

Mr Alect 18-23.06.2006 queen superior room with Hlton points, booking number XXXXXX.

If you wish to book and guarantee to have a king superior room you have to pay 50e/night extra charge. Otherwise you can request king superior when you check in, but then it will not be a guarantee we have them.

Isn't 50 Euroes a bit steep for the difference between a queen and a king?
