I have flown to Europe, once with Air Canada, from Regina, to Toronto, to London, to Amsterdam. At a larger cost. Earlier this year, drove to Minot, 4 hour drive from where I live, flew from Minot, to Minneapolis, to Amsterdam. At a significant cost savings. And less hassle. A little longer drive, but worth it.
