An F boarding pass on a Star Carrier other than LH will get you into the Senator Lounges, which LH marks as first class lounges. They are not. They are dreadful.

The NEW Hon Cir/First Class Terminal, which you enter ground-side, and the new Hon Cir/First Class lounges, in the terminals, are heaven. But you have to flying on LH. LH is ignoring the Star Alliance rules. Other boarding passes will be turned away.
