Technically speaking, the Silver Kris and First Class SQ lounges in Singapore are only for their own passengers. Star Alliance members have to go to the "Premier" lounge, which I don't think have showers, and the one open in the morning for the NRT flight is a tiny little place, crowded to the brim.
The SATS Premier Lounge [Area A (Near 'C' Gate)] does have shower (shower and toilet) facilities. There are 2 around the corner where the free internet access terminals are. However, you have to request the towels from the reception when you check in.
The lounge is very crowded but the crowd usually dies down after the HKG flight departs.
