I agree with hfly that things are just getting started.

But I have to say that this whole airport experience (3 times now) has been a real eye-opener for me in that it is amazing to me how many Delta elites have no idea about the program.

Just lots of very busy business travelers that have no time or interest in the program. I can't tell you how many have told me "I don't really track that stuff. Just hope to get free tickets for the spouse and kids on occasion."

But for every 10 of those, I hit one or two that are really surprised and grateful that this was all pointed out to them.

Let's keep it up. Slow but sure. Focused and strong. Once Ms. Miles gets settled in a bit, let's make this her first opportunity to make a (good) name for herself, and her company.
