Actually, for the evening European connections there is an F to A shuttle. It arrives very close to the Lufthansa gate. It is doable and pretty quick, but I can imagine that it won't be too much fun with the baby carriage and all. The buses of course are easy enough to board and people around her will no doubt be of assistance.

It's no big deal really, certainly not the worst part of that long journey. I hope they are both comfortable and arrive happily.
