I reserved a room online @ the San Francisco Rennaissance. I, of course, had signed on so my MR number automatically was included. I called the hotel yesterday and spoke w/the FD Manager who said that there was no indication of my MR number. I am, of course, am happy that I had called and was able to rectify the error.
This has not happened to me previously. Is it a fluke or has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how do we insure that our MR numbers are included?

You could log in on Marriott.com and pull up your reservations, it will shop up if your number is on the reservation.
