SAS has 31" but what's an inch between friends? I flew SAS M class recently and it really sucked .... If the old 767s had 32" then I am sure that the Airbuses have 31", which is probably standard in relation to LH and other carriers.

I couldn't imagine Finnair dropping below the 31" standard. If the listings say 32" then maybe it's correct for the old MD-11s.

Those Airline Quality rankings are ancient and should not be heeded.
