Thank you for the welcome. I agree with fixing the info. After 16 1/2 years with NWA I can confidently state the the biggest problem with this airline has always been effective communication. They do many things well but communicating is not one of them.

I do look forward to helping out with an inside perspective on things here at NWA. I do not consider myself an employee, as such, but more of an independent contractor. I do not support or promote policies and attitudes with which I disagree, instead I like to use reason, logic and compassion combined with a strong adherence to safety principles when performing my job. I understand American culture as well as Asian culture which gives me a big leg up on some of my co-workers.
