Especially in the states, depending on who you fly and how much you are in hub airports, it would be hard not to come across lounges with FREE WiFi. There may not be a lot of signs or advertising, you just need to open your PC and you're online. For example, try Continental's Presidents Clubs. Northwest is also rolling out Free WiFi across their network and is available already in the larger hub clubs such as Detroit, Minneapolis, etc.

Couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately, my clients don't necessarily understand the difference between my flying or non-flying days; they want timely service and expect us to be hooked up and accessible. Whether we like it or not, mobile phones and global email are bringing about new expectations which make those moments of dolce far niente down-time even more precious.
