I am venturing a guess that the Raffles priority tag did it for you that time. SIN has not exactly always been orderly when it comes to Solitaire bags first then First then Raffles....

I am really doubtful the baggage handlers pay attention to the plastic card tags as well.

But hey, this is just a guess from me, the skeptical StarG.
