It is becoming the norm to offer high-speed WiFi internet access for free in business and first lounges. What does KLM do? Treat you like a complete stranger or little kid. Makes you pay and/or pull a Mickey Mouse 30 minute slip. Then when in the middle of writing an email, post etc. the line goes dead and you lose your work. Thanks a lot!
