I had a very nice experience recently with BA and I have to applaud them for it. I was sat in T1 after flying in from EDI waiting for a colleague from MAN, when a very nice BA lady, on noticing my gold tag started chatting to me asking how I was, did I like the BA service etc etc. I thought this was a very nice touch especially as she was on a break and not at work. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I must say I have never yet had a bad experience with BA staff and this just underlined my cosy feelings about BA. ^ :-:
