Worst I had was a CMH/ORD on a Regional Jet, but we were informed in advance; I could've changed flights, but since it was good weather (i.e. didn't expect delays), I emptied the thimble bladder before boarding and hoped for the best.

Also flew SNN-BOS up front on a flight when the crew cordoned off the forward-most lav, stating it was inoperable, and proceeded to allow only the crew (FA's and cockpit crew) to use it.
