I was reading article in the newspaper about the troubles airlines are having with broken restrooms. An example was a long flight on a Boeing 747-400 LAX to Sydney (14 hour flight) that only had two working restrooms for over 400 passengers. The lines were incredible and many people could not hold it. I understand that few laws require working toilets.
