My son recently spent a week in India at a hotel with cold and colder running water. Apparently, that was the case for everyone at this hotel and calling it to the management's attention didn't bring any changes. I would have changed hotels, but he was part of a 100-person delegation and it would have been awkward for him to have moved. I've never heard my son quite so happy as when he phoned me from Singapore after taking a long, warm shower at the lounge there.
