I saw a picture of AC aircraft. The body was painted with big "Star Alliance", the tail was painted with the star alliance logo. There is a small "Air Canada" on the lower half of the body.
I thought this was quite strange. How can anybody (or air traffic controller) tell what airlines this is from a far distance? Star Alliance is certainly not an airline.
