Miles are only as valuable as you make them. The "best use" of miles is for a trip that you enjoy and saves you money. Have fun!
I second that mentality! However, my best use would probably be 2 saver business class awards from US to Asia or Australia/New Zealand on one of the premium airlines in the world (ie: SQ, NH, etc.).
