I have an IBM (Lenovo) Thinkpad X40 and I love it. It's light and ultraportable. The extended battery is good for 4+ hours; well worth it on long flights, and no need to carry in-flight adapters. Available from about $1200 to upwards of $1800 depending on what you put in it.
