Except for the pre-paid rates, the availability should be the same, but the Best Rate Guarantee can sometimes have an effect on that. Hotels have to load an online rate that matches their lowest rate being sold on competing web sites and the associates at the Customer Contact Center do not have access to those rates, which may or may not be pre-paid.
