Then explain to me why UA don't just go back to doing whatever they did then to motivate their F/As, if that would solve all of their problems?
And what exactly DID UA do differently in terms of F/A training in the late 1990s? Because I was at UA before, during, and after the late 1990s, and I didn't see any big changes in F/A treatment or training during that time. The "matrons" were still on the long haul routes, then and now.
Or are you saying adding caviar would magically cures what ails UA?
