"Simply Good Business" should mean satisfying your customers. From the posts on this board, DL has apparently lost sight of that precept. Having spent several years responsible for a Fortune 50 customer service group, I can assure you that rigid rules cost more in alienated customers then they purport to save. Remember, it is the customer, not Leo, that pays the bills.
