Russ, please tell me what is left in the program next year for SM's & GM's? No SWU's, and the 800 milers are worthless. Speaking of 800 milers, is it fair to be forced to purchase a higher priced ticket and not being credited the difference between it and the lower fare that you would have had, after you don't get the upgrade?
All that SM's really get next year is priority check-in, preferred boarding, and preferred seating. The GM's are being treated just as bad. If you flew 85,000 miles this year, you would have had 6 SWU's, how do you compare the NAMU's to that? Please compare us to CO, UA or even AA, our SkyMiles program for 2001 is extremely inferior to them.
Russ, are we really overreacting? I submit to you that we are not.
