If it was just a computer blip then it would have been sorted with my first call to BAEC, but as I say, they are being a real pain about it and just wont do the move, DESPITE our friend being a Gold holder.

Maybe they are telling the truth and 1a/k really are taken, but Ive not know expertflyer to make that mistake before, they are empty on that.

I just cannot think of any other reason why they are being so blasted difficult. Maybe its because we are all on Award tickets???
