I have used mypoints for the past 4 years. Done lots of clicking, shopping through the portal and redeemed lots of points. Never had any problem either with posting of points or redeeming points. Last week i redeemed 5000 points for 2500 united mileage plus miles. they said it will take 4 to 6 weeks. Miles were in my account yesterday. Transfer to hhonors is superfast. I shop at officedepot via mypoints every month and have earned thousands and thousands of points. Never had any problem. Even for other vendors that i have used, never any delay in posting of points. So i am a happy camper.
