Hmmmm, last time I looked, Wenatchee was half-way between Seattle and Spokane, right smack dab in the middle of Washington. Of course when I tried to go to the international counter, I got hassled about why I didn't print my boarding pass from the kiosk. Maybe the Delta computer is getting QX (Horizon) mixed up with QZ (Qantas)? Horizon had no trouble printing all of my boarding passes in the other direction.
When the Olympics were in ATL and residents of NM called for tickets, the phone agents in GA would not sell them tix because they could only sell to US residents. They did not believe that NM was within the USA.
And WA is way farther than NM!!!
Of course, the computer programming may have been done even farther than ATL. Perhaps in BLR?
