Good luck! I was locked out of my account for no reason about 2 months ago. I kept doing password resets which would then loop me back to the same screen which said my password was incorrect. I emailed their support team asking for help, and they sent me a form letter telling me to do a password reset. I tried this about 7 or 8 times over 6 weeks and sent them 5 increasingly strongly worded emails. Each time they would respond (after about 10 days) with the same form letter. I don't think they even read the emails. I don't have the toll free number, but you have my sympathy...
