Yes, I know it says the booking period started 10/5/05, but did you not expect to get these promo credits for travel booked prior to 10/5 and flown between 10/5 and 2/15? Are you really concerned that they might come back and take the miles back out of your account? ("We'll see if they stand up.")
I will look again to see if mine for IAD-OAK-IAD and SFO-PVR-SFO have showed up yet. If not, will check with MP to see if I failed to dot the i's and cross the t's (e.g., though flew after 10/5, booked just before 10/5; maybe booked before registered for promo; etc.)
That they would divide the amount due by the number of segments flown, then round each up and record per segment bonuses, or whatever it is they are supposedly doing, strikes me as bizarre. One doesn't earn these bonus miles until one has flown all the segments and returned to their starting point, so why do anything funky with posts of the miles?
