I did an open jaws reward ticket IAH-PTY-SCL EZE-PTY-IAH just before Thanksgiving last year.

There was enough time to change from CO to CM, BUT my confirmed bulkhead moved back one row, so I SUFFERED all the way to SCL (CO did not lose it, so at least I had bulkhead from IAH-PTY).

The GA simply decided to ignore me, saying that my confirmed seat was not available, and then proceeded to deal with a horde of other pax. It was a ZOO, but once on board, the FAs were pleasant enough.

And of course the horrible arrival at 3:30 a.m.

Other than that, it was almost like flying CO to Central America, including the bilingual announcements.
