Sorry but, technically speaking, you are just wrong. A first class Star Alliance boarding pass gets you into any Star Alliance carrier's lounge in the airport of departure. The only exception are the LH HON Circle/First Class lounges in Frankfurt and Munich. The SilverKris F lounge in S'pore is no exception.

You are confusing Star Alliance status entry to lounges with class of service entitlement.

That being said however, I did get in the other day to the SQ First lounge with a UA FC boarding pass. It is in Terminal 2, so you have to take the first shuttle train in the morning to get there in time for the hearty breakfast if you want to get back to Terminal 1 in time for your flight to NRT.
