The Airline Mileage Workshop is alive and well. However, my service provider (theglobe.com) is once again proving to be incredibly unreliable. They are in the midst of doing server upgrades; at least that is the excuse they use every two weeks.
It would be great if I could relocate the website but I do not have the time that would require at this time.
Please be patient. I'm sure theglobe.com will have their bubblegum and shoestring servers working again in a day or so.
