There was an item on 3AW this morning about a flight getting away after significant delays and having to wait on a replacement plane flying in from LA.

"Hmmm....mental note not to fly UA...", thinks I, "this is the sort of thing that happens when you're at the end of the line." Are QF really this strapped for spares?
